Idea Prepaid Mobile — wrong message received

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

[1] I have converted my post paid phone into prepaid. I have not yet been refunded inspite of full payment of outstandings before conversion.
[2] I have not sought any services, still i have received message from Iz-Idea that customer ID[protected] has been registered. I have received this message on[protected] at 12:37 hrs. what is the purpose I donot know.
pl. clarify.
