Idea Prepaid Service — Disconnection of service. | |||
I am new customer of idea prepaid service. Right now my service is barred. I have submitted document thrice. Last two occasions I have submitted document to My Idea showroom, idea personnel verified all document I found it proper. I have attached following documents 1st submision Indian driving license – As Photo ID Maharastra state electricity board (MSEB) bill – As address proof 2nd and 3rd submission Maharastra state electricity board (MSEB) bill – As address proof Indian passport – As photo ID and address proof. Note: MSEB bill is on my name and also address on passport and MSEB are same (my current pune residential address) Each time I call idea customer care, they reply saying your documents are not proper but do not tell what is issue with documentation.
