IDEB Tivoli has one of the best Master and Apartment plan and has the BDA approval for the complete Project. Quality of the whole project is also very good, just go and see it for yourself. The whole project would be handed over in next 10 months.

So just go and buy it, for sure you will not regret it. I myself am the proud owner.
cHECK OUT THE DEMO MODEL FLAT AND YOU WILL SEE PLASTER COMING OUT WHERE THE DOOR JOINS THE WALLS. onLY dIGITAL SEEMS TO BE IMPRESSED. gOOD LUCK TO HIM.
we bought a flat recently in tivoli, the floor plans are good infact much better that any other project in the surrounding. The price offered is also very competitive. Builder has told all the problems which existed.

We also spoke to the actual owners who have confirmed that all the problems have been sorted out. all in all its a very good buy. especially looking at the growth aspect on this particular strech.

we also checked the demo flat, it has come out at the time of moving in the furniture. I dont think its due to the quality of construction, if that was the case builder could have easily rectified it.

Any latest updates on Tivoli?
had a look of a model flat in Tivoli. Was good except for a cracked wall adjoining the second bedroom.
Planning to buy but looks like lots of people had provided alarming reviews of this property. Can someone provide latest update on this? Else will look into other projects from Nitesh or Sobha.

Go ahead and buy, all problems related to the project have been cleared...i myself am a proud owner of one of the flats...its value for money...definately a good buy...
Well when I had visited them in September when they restarted the project they had promised to complete the first two blocks by June. I havent seen much progress on the same. Hence would say its still a very risky project. It will definitely have a very good appreciation when its completed and registered to owners, but considering the current interest regime it may be years before that happens.

This is to introduce my self L.Ali Yousuff.as one of the oldest interior decorators in bangalore since 30 Years when even flats concept had not started in our city.
Our interaction starts with all the builders from the time of construction till the project is over, our customers become our wellwishers and inform us one more investment and many times we reach another project of the same builder.
After seeing your groups plight i thought of saying a few words...
I have seen many worst projects which were Shelved, Walls not plastered, Staircases Incomplete, abandoned partners disputes, and the sites deserted with one watchman family at site etc,
I frequently go to WF Rd and visited TIVOLI spoke to site office persons and saw the mok-up 3 BR FLAT and also one finished 2 br flat, seeing the condition and reading the bank involment report by you all i feel.

SEEING THE CONDITION AS OF TODAY I THINK THE WORST IS OVER AND THE BEST IS AT HAND.
THERE IS NO NEED TO PANIC AS I HAVE SEEN ALWAYS GOD JUSTIFIES AND FAVOURS OUR CITIZEN OF INDIA[YOU THE PUBLIC]FOR THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY HE WILL NOT BE UNJUST.

I GOT REPORT FROM PEOPLE AT SITE THEY WERE VERY CO-OPERATIVE IN EXPLAINING ABOUT DELIVERY OF FLATS WHICH WILL TAKE PLACE BY MARCH/APRIL. IF GOD WILLS MANY FAMILIES [LADIES&CHILDREN] WILL FIND THEMSELVES IN THEIR HOME SWEET HOME...

I ALSO DO SOME REAL ESTATE SALE RE-SALE OF FLATS WHEN GIVEN BY THE OWNERS [EXCLUSIVELY TO US] SIDE BY SIDE ALONG WITH INTERIOR WORK.

WE NEED TO KNOW IF ANY ONE WANTS TO SELL THEIR FLAT [EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH US] AS SOME INVESTORS MAY BUY WHO WANT TO INVEST FOR RENTAL INCOME.
