Sir, I am a resident of Srijan vihar located in Nyay Khand II opposite Aditya Mall Ghaziabad. I started living in this society from November 09, till December it was fine then in January generator malfunctioned and since then residents of Srijan Vihar are not getting backup during daytime. In January they promised to give 24x7 backup when summer starts...well march started a long time ago but still no backup and we are still giving maintainance amount of 600- rupees which includes backup facility. I work night shift so i have to sleep during the daytime which is a great pain for me. Please look in to this matter. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Ienergizer Inc — full & final settlement

Hi, My name is Uttam Sharma. I had joined ienergizer in the year 2005. i had signed a service agreement with the company. now they are nt ready to pay back the full & final and asking me to pay the service agreement amount.

please let me know if it is legal.

NO its not legal since in India a company or an organization are not authorized to bound or hold any employee or worker. If they do just move to the consumer forum and put the case. They will give you all you want. Do not fear just go ahead and kick their back.
They deserve it.
