[Resolved] IFB Diva Washing Machine — DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

I bought a IFB DIVA WASHING MACHINE from a authorized distributor in Bareilly (U.P.) some time back. Since beginning it turned out to be a defective product. All the clothes are worn out and damaged. As of now company has discontinued the manufacturing of this particular model. Despite of few complaints no response yet. Being such a reputed company, the product turned out to be of no use. IFB — Defective products

I bought washing machine and microwave from IFB on 24th Jan. It wss delivered three days later to me and that too both were defective, which they promised to replcae. Till today they have not replcaed the same and I am really upset about the same. Imagine washing clothes for 5 elders and 1 kid with office. I am regertting the time when i took the decision to buy IFB as a brand.
