IFB - The company pushes you take an AMC and then does not attend to complaints.
IFB has cheated me into paying for an AMC. CHEATED because they have taken my money with no intentions of attending to my calls to repair the machine.
I had even told them that I hate renewing my AMC because once IFB has the money, they do not attend service calls. The service folks persuaded me and said that this branch is very efficient and I will not face a problem.
It has been a month since I lodged a complaint. Every time I call the service center number they tell me that they will escalate the matter. I found out a couple of days ago that they have closed the call without attending to it.
I have lodged a new call and still waiting to hear from them - pointlessly I am sure.
