[Resolved]  IFB Top Loading Washing Machine — extend warranty

my ifb washing machine is under AMC. i m in delhi. there is some problem with it. i tried to lodge a complaint but at the call centre there is a voice message that tells me, someone would contract me between 8am and 10am once i leave my mobile no. with the answering machine. this has been hapenning for the last three days and no one has yet contacted . i seriously don't know how get my machine repaired now.

IFB WASHING MACHINE — No response from Service End.

We got a IFB Washing machine on January 09, after the procurement of machine, during the demo the service man replies that the water should come atleast from an height of 20 feet. so even after six month we re not able to run the machine and it is ideal in our home, no response there after from customer service even after lodging the complaint two months ago.

My machine is under AMC and the sevice technician is not coming after repeated reminders are the company people taking us for granted is there no LAW for such uncouth,unscrupolous and dishonest so called IFB(International Fraud Business) that is what i have named them.Either they are refunding my amount of AMC with interest else i will fight for consumer right

IFB top loading washing machine — Pathetic Post Sales Service

On 2th Dec'09 I had regd.a complaint for my washing machine.11 month back I had purchased the product .After a week,engineer came and said he would repair it in next two days and till date I have called them 'n' no of times but every time they have excuse and till date no one has come. IFB top loading washing machine — LOT OF SOUND WHILE RINSING

i have purchase IFB washing machine model No.AW60-8062 on 14th October-2009. After 2 or 3month my problem started. Whenever i rinse my clothes, there is lot of sound and i have reported this to customer care (4 times) and they have attended and nothing has been done. They only say that the problem will be solved after you start washing. The problem still exists even after 8 months. I request you to kindly make necessary rectifications at the earliest. Ladies are getting afraid for the huge sound and are not operating this machine. So please do the needful.

IFB Top Loading Washing Machine — No response from authorised service centre/representative since 45 days

I had bought an IFB Top loading washing machine in the month of May 2008. Everything was fine till May 2010 during which the machine was covered under warranty. I started having problems with the working of the machine from the very next month i.e. June 2010 right after the expiry of warranty, following which, i had registered a complaint with the IFB Call centre. After innumerable repeated calls from my end to the supervisors and senoir service managers a Service Technician - Mr. Vijay turns up at my residence after 20 days. He inspects the machine visually and immediately advices me to take the AMC [Annual maintenance cost]. When question on what basis he recommends, he speculates it could be a problem with the capacitor or the motor itself and promises to replace the same. Till date, 31st July 2010 the response from him and his agency is that there is no stock of the required parts from IFB.

It has been a very painful experience to talk to these people and constantly follow up for which their response is pathetic. I feel frustrated after spending close to Rs.12.000/- on a brand like IFB and stuck in the middle of nowhere in terms of after sales service. After this horrifying experience i felt the need to alert the consumers and spread the message that IFB DOESN'T VALUE IT'S CUSTOMERS by not providing any service promised during the time of the sale.

I appeal to anyone who has been able to get some sort of service for their IFB washing machine, to come forward and give me the leads to the right person.

IFB Top Loading Washing Machine — Harassment Unable to Rectify the Fault.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is almost a month now, our washing machine is out of order, The technicians are unable to detect the fault. The Service Head is taking no interest.

On this July , we have gone for the yearly service contract with Company.

Let me know what I should do ? To whom I should approach for my problem?

i had given a complant on the 21st of october 2010.my complant no is 5321495.he had visited us after 10 day to see whats the problem and told us that a part isment 2 be replased so he will come the next day.but insprite giving a reminder every day there in no responce from there side. and as on day after 20 days my machine is not repared and i have the amc for 2years .i was relly shocked that IFB being abig company. the service centre is nt even bodered to keep its reputation .but sent the higer officer no if its avalible thanks.

You know these kind can be solved by the company if they have a very tough and ruthless service head who does not have a heart to listen to his employee problems but be good to customers. Most companies which have such problems have employees who are somehow related to each other or have joined on reference. All of them collaborate and bring down such good organizations. ultimately all companies are made of people!!!
