MY AMC TICKET NO IS 3156322 DATED[protected]. MY WASING MACHINE IS FULLY NOT WORKING.COMPLAINT GIVEN AT YR VARANASI OFFICE, YR OFFICIALS SAYS THAT MOTOR CAN NOT BE CHANGE WITH IN 2 MONTH OF AMC. WHAT ACTION WE TAKE NOW ?

DEAR SIR, IT IS BRING TO YR. NOTICE THAT MY WASHING MACHINE IS NOT WORKING TILL DATE.FROM YR. VARANASI OFFICE ONE SERVICE MAN CAME ON 17 JUL. AND CHECKED THE MACHINE. MY MACHINE IS UNDER AMC.HE SAID THAT MOTOR AND DOOR LOCK TO BE CHANGE, AND IT WILL TAKE MINIMUM 20 DAYS. PLEASE DO NEEDFULL FOR THE REPAIRING OF MY MACHINE. MY COMP. NO. IS 3260323

The machine is not working for last 15 days. Please make early arrangement to make it in working condition. It should be treated as most urgent as these are the days of festival.

i have purchased machine in last year having two years of warranty but within one year it having three time working problem. Each time IFB serviceman came and repaired but not till working properly. I have longed a complaint in last week but till the date nobody came and my washing machine in shut down condition. i have contact through phone on given office number of ahmedabad but yesterday no body was pick up the phone.

I have a same experience. i have purchased new IFB washing machine with two year warranty period. one year is yet not finished and i have repaired through IFB customer service center three times and yet not working properly. I have lodged a complaint in last week but yet nobody is came to repair. presently my washing machine is not in a working condition.

several times complaining the same problem is coming E 2 error is coming on the display.pls look in this matter as soon as possible.

I have complained on 5th Nov 09 for repairing my IFB Senorita Plus thru call centre number and pondicherry office. Till i am writing this complaint no body is attended or even called for not coming or any. If this is the attitude, please revert back to me urgently and i will take other action for repairing my machine.
