My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal. I have purchased IFb Elend model from ARCEE chembur on 12th April 2008. On 14th April 2008 service engineer came for demonstration & installation. But he couldnot demonstrate it, because machine was faulty. He recommended its replacement. The replacement is supposed to be done on 15th April 2008 evening. But till today i.e. 28th april 2008, nothing happened. We are everyday contacting everybody in IFB mumbai, but no one is taking care of our problem. We even don't know the status of our complaint. I am really upset with this type o[censored]nprofessional atttude of IFB's personnal.
My Washing Macine (Senator) is not working properly. Location Gurgaon near Delhi. Can someone please call me at [protected] and advise further action ?
At home, we have an IFB washing machine and it is duly under AMC .My current AMC number is 86146.As, my washing Machine's heater is not working, I had complained for the same on 14th April, 08 in the Customer Care and my complain number is 1700418 . Mr.Sonu-Ph.No:[protected] had a visit on the co, plaint but, had assured to change the heater within a week. However, after several telephonic requests, neither he or any other representatives have attended to my problem.Till date, i.e, 7th May 08, we still await for the replacement of the heater, which is creating trouble in washing cloths properly.
My problem may kindly be attended in a urgent basis.

please do not buy an IFB machine if you want to live in Peace the Gurgaon auuthorised service prodivded is the worst in the country no response doesnt come for calls. nothing. IFB aklso doesnt bother onc the product is sold.
IFB Washing Machine — lack of satisfaction
One of the major part of the machine made of rubber was missing and was fixed after a period of about two months of repeatative complaints made to the toll free IFB service station and local service station here in baroda. The main problem is that a part of the inner machine is geting banged with the outer covering of the machine.Nothing satisfactory is done by the company towards the complain. we fear we will have a majour problem with the machine and we will be helplless towards the waranty of the machine. we have also written in the complaint box given in the document to be signed by us.
requesting you to help us it the matter as soon as possible to make the best use of our machine and not loose our right to avail the waranty granted by the company.

I have AMC for my washing machine. No servuice personal visits on their own. My machine makes noise while running and the service personal are not able to solve the problem. There is a burning smell at the time of final rinsing. I have informed the service personal many a times but nobody has attended the calls. Kindly look into the matter.

dear sir's the copliant has been lodged on 23-05-08' your call center has informed me they will attend on monday 26-05-08 no one has come on monday tuesday some one has called but no one is at home we noticed the number in our caller I D we called back they said they will come now, we waited till evening no one has come. wednesday one man called from your service center and told that they will come now, but no one has come.I have contected your call center againe they told me they will come tommarow but no one has come satarday, I have contected and I asked for top official they gave mr DESH PANDES'NO I called him and explained the problum he told me he will send his serviece engineair on monday 02-06-08. monday one man has called my mobile asked me.shall i come now but its 5pm i said you come after 5-30, he came that time the power is not there he done some thing and left now the machine is not workingI am having your annual maintenence contract. noone has come and attended the machine unless we give the complaits its thyer duity to come and chuck the machine in the middle

IFB Senorita Deluxe — after the machine switched on the machine program not coming to end
on 8.6.2008 i have purchased one ifb senorita dlx machine . yesterday on 10.6.2008 demo personswitched on switch at cold 60 . asper the manual the programme will take 122 mnts but it was not coming to end programme even after 3 hrs and 30 mnts . when i contacted the ser person he told me to switch off and drain water and swit ch off the same. same i have done. it has totally upset my mind.
hope that the service persons will attend and change the machine as it it new.
IFB Digital 6Kg — No response from the service team
Inspite of many calls to customer care, there is no response from the service dealer.On Monday, June.9th i have lodged a complaint ( Complaint No. 1825401) . No response.
Again on June.11.2008 a complaint No.( No. 1844228) was lodged but nevertheless threr is no response.
No service person has turned up to my place.
WIll there by any solutions.
***** PLease dont buy any IFB products bcoz even the cost of the product is high and also worst service.

IFB/washing machine — person not attending
We have AMC for IFB washing machine with IFB frenchise M/s Yash enterprise, E-7 opp.bindu park Society, Near Subhash bridge, Ahmedabad Gujarat. inspite of repeated reminder, person is not attending incompleted job since two months. my name is abdul i was bought my new ifb top loading machine last week when i opened the cover i came to know that it was damaged peace i not even used it. i called the marketing person but it was useless and another person name RAVI GANESH he not even responding me and my call useless fellow.

Nothing is working for us. Every time they are giving wrong information to us.. Very poor customer service. I asked the manager for replacement, he told me that according to the manual, we provide only service in the warranty period not replacement...
Almost four times they have done the service nothing is work out for me.. Kindly let me know whom I need to contact for machine replacement.

With frequent attempts I could manage to get the technician three times during the last 16 days, still they could not identify the defect and the machine is not usable.

The chennai branch manager is not at all attending the phone calls.
There is no response to my complaint through e mail also.
