IFB Worst Service
My washing machine is under Annual Maintenance Contract for which IFB Industries Limited, A-[56, Okhla Industrial Area Phase - I, New Delhi - 110 020 charged Rs. 1684/- paid vide cheque No. 502890 ICICI Bank Ltd. vide Book No. 187 Serial No. 9342 dt. 22.01.2007 to cover warranty from 22.01.2009 to 21.01.2011. Customer Code is 964562 Sr. No. 10499.10.
I lodged complaint on 22.08.2010 on IFB Customer Care Phone No. 18604255678. Complaint No. 4980802 was given and promised to repair the machine within 12 hours. But the mechanic came and returned saying that he would come with the required parts.
Since then everyday We are making calls to the customer care (Chennai). They have given us so many Delhi Numbers such as : Mr.Shubhankarpati Branch Head 9311171166, Miss Monika 30889678, Mr. Sanjeev Sharma 9310101149, Other Nos. 01122832800, 26372486, 9312884431, 9911450107, 9810063883, 39004321, which are usually never picked up and if attended they also assure us to solve the problem but nothing happens.
A month ago a new number : Miss Rakhi 9311683940 was given. It was picked up, and after so many reminders a mechanic visited with a motor of some other model and returned promising to come back the next day with the right motor. Again I had to contact several times and this time he said that the wires had to be changed and he would visit the next day. He did not come. Again I have been making complaints after complaints. Now this number is also not being picked up. Now half an hour ago I again contacted the Customer Care No. 1860425678 and I am shocked to hear that the complaint has been closed. In my opinion all the IFB people are fraud fraud and only fraud.
