Demo IFB Worst service
I registered a complaint No. [protected] on 31May2016, On 03Jun a service person came he was told that the complaint is resolved and close the complaint but problem not resolved next day i call to service person (mugamath, saranya, yadava, saravana) he say i will come evening but not came i call to evening he say to come to next day but no one is came. Again am reopen 9th June after 6day's on 15Jun a service person said that Board has to be replace but still now no response. i try to all person all of same no material stock.
[protected] i will spoke to this no more than 40time last 20days but totally wasted time and money
Local service head Shanmugam [protected]. Unable to contact directly to him, he got 3 mobile call picking assistant any time that assistant call picking say to "sir busy" but i to spoke 2time with him but no use. He given to gopal no
Gopal : [protected] today morning i spoke to him. He say today evening 6.30pm compulsory service person attend your complaint. After 5.30Pm he not picking my phone still now am try to more than 40 time's no use.

The after sales service of this company is just horrendus. The way they behave and respond to any customer complaint is so unprofessional and we have to keep on pestering them for the repair work to be done. However, in case of the revival of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) they are pretty prompt.
The IFB "SMART CARE SERVICES" in yeshwanthpur Bangalore are cheating the customers by sending their people after receiving the request for repair, they remove some part/ board inside the machine and will never turn back. they switch off their mobile or never respond to calls, its been more than a month they have taken some part and not turned back, they give fake reasons for not able to come initially and then never respond. please people do not contact this service center ever!!!

Sir,I have a IFB top load watching machine which is not working properly.i already submitted complaint with complaint number [protected], but your ifb service centre is not responding. Please look into this problem and fix it as quickly as possible.
