Sir,
We purchased a washing machine on13/12/2008. As it was leaking we made coplaint on6/9/2011. after two months one boy cme and replaced the tub hose and collected Rs.500/- for which there was no bill or noreceipt. He told it should not be run immediately. The next day when switched on it was not running. again complaints and phone calls . Then one fellow came and replaced the common PCB. and charged Rs.1000/- After that it started ,leasking again. It seems that fellow did'nt fitted the tub hose properly. we made repeated complaints but to no avail. so far nobody turned up .If IFB do not have technicians to attend repairs why they sell their products. One technician says we donot have time to attenddemo of new machines and there is no time to attend rep[airs. If we contact consumer care section, they give phone numbers of customer care office at Pollachi which do not exist. I request to ask them to attend repairs otherwise stop selling machines in and arround Pollahi.
