are they giving 100% palcement in icici bank

i have called to that ifbi institute in bhubaneswar which is in sahid nagar , they told first to pay 82,000 and for that they wil provide 100% placement in icici bank, i have heard that this is fraud but i m confused is it really fake or true? plzz help me regarding this and inform me

Since March I and my whole mates are waiting for the placement, PGDBO course which costs 80, 000 which is not a joke, Bt I think they are making it a joke, There is no responce from our IFBI kolkata, Faculties and placement head is not talking these seriously, They promised us that we will get placed within few days, bt since march2012 till today we are waiting, Please help me out regarding this,
