I bought the policy online, but when I got the policy, it had wrong mention of city name and make of the vehicle.
I bought the policy on 20th April and started contacting iffco tokio customer care from 23rd Aprli.
I sent around 7 emails and 2 web request, but I never got response on single email.
I sent emails to different ids as well [protected]@iffcotokio.co.in, [protected]@iffcotokio.co.in,[protected]@iffcotokio.co.in I never get a response on any of these email ids.
I tried calling customer care number,now it should be more than 15 times, each time they say "we will get back to you in max 2 days" but no one calls me back.
