BECAUSE OF RENOVATION AT my house, I had to diconnect the IGL fas pipeline on 4th May 2013. I have requested at the customer care to reconnect the gas pipeline (on my father's name: Mr Balraj Malik, BP no: [protected]) on 3rd June 2013.. Even after too much of request at the customer care my connection is still not reinstalled. I have contacted the customer care executives several times. Many a times I was assured that the work will be done within 10 days and they are forwarding my request on urgent basis. In fact even today I have been assured that it will be done within 24 hours. However, I have lost all hopes. I am left with no option but to go the consumer court. My purpose to write this mail is not to complaint against anybody but to get my issue resoled. I request you to pls look into the matter as I am a working professional and it becomes really difficult for me to run after people for such a minute thing.
