[Resolved] IGL — Inordinate delay in new connection | |||
I had applied for PNG connection through IGL DMA M/s Yogmaya & Co, vide their receipt number 11194 dated 3/9/2011, registration number 690470, cheque no. 113771 & 113772 for Rs 6000/- of Axis Bank, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-110018. However, even after more than 8 months, there is no reponse from IGL. The cheques got debited from my account in September 16, 2011. When I call IGL helpline, they ask for Business Partner Number, which their DMA nnever provided to me. IGL people say they can not help me unless I provide them with my business partner number. Can someone in IGL take a note of this apathy of an ordinary citizen like me? Or is IGL going to be another monopolistic company like erstwhile MTNL etc? Can someone pls help me. Contact no.
