[Resolved] IGL — "Complaint against non-action on receiving of wrong bill for the last 4 months" | |||
Earlier also I had sent you a mail regarding the bill of BP no. [protected], but I didn't get any response from your side. My problem was that I got bill for June Month of Rs. 5,341/- with reading 212 SCM (actually the reading was 62 SCM) , which was much more than my consumption. I had contact your customer care to please get the correct meter reading and calculate the bill according to that. Next day a person from IGL visit our home and record the correct reading of 62 SCM in his register and asked to send again a correct new bill. But I had got another wrong bill with estimated for August Month of Rs. 6,793/- with reading 262SCM this is too much. Currently my meter reading is 80 SCM. The customer care complaint no is ONM[protected] BUT STILL NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN ON MY COMPLAINT. I talked to the customer care person many times but they always told me that next time I will get the bill with correct reading. But this time also I can't understand that why can't your person comes to take the reading and why are your bills not according to meter reading. Why should I always pay the estimated bill. Once again my humble request is to take the reading and send the bill according to that. I'm not going to pay this new bil. I also tried to contact your Incharge Mrs. Nidhi Joshi and Nodal Officer Mr. Subhashis Bhattacharjee but no one pick up my phone. You solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I will have to send the complaint to higher authorities.
