[Resolved]  Ignou — Submitted Fees but institute is not responding

I have paid IGNOU Rs 6200 on 4th January 2013 for admission to M.A (Psychology) course . IGNOU received this amount

I have applied for the programme online and also made the payment online through debit card (transaction details are mentioned in the form). After that I haven't received any communication from IGNOU. I have not received the course material and the enrolment number. I have made about 100 calls to the Ahmedabad IGNOU centre but haven't received any information.
I am attaching my form, I request you to please look into the matter and suggest appropriate solution.
