[Resolved]  Ignou — spelling mistake in provisional certificate

Respected sir/mam,

I have completed my degree in hospitality and hotel administration (Bsc. hospitality and hotel administration) from Oriental school 0f hotel management( IGNOU institute code:5030), Wayanad, Kerala which is certified by IGNOU and NCHMCT. Recently I got my provisional certificate from IGNOU in which my name is misspelled as Shanooj.K.M. My actual name is Sanooj.k.m as in my tenth, higher secondary, IGNOU student card and in the NCHMCT hall ticket and certificate. I hope you will do the needfull to make the spelling correct in my original certificate and inform me what to do to change my provisional certificate, as I'm joining for MBA for which I have to submit my provisional certificate on 15th of this month. I hope u will take this matter as most urgent and mail me with sufficient information on my email ID- [protected]@gmail.com.

I am trying this...since 2-3 year but...everytime they right my name more incorrect
I am not getting any response from ignou as well i have even submitted my original documents to them...
It's highly disappointing.
