I had sent a very important document via ems speedpost from shyambazar post office, kolkata on 7.11.2008.The ofice told me that the document would reach the destination positively by monday 10.11.2008.Unfortunately, i has neither been recieved nor can i track the document.Such an unsystematic and unreliable service is unexpected from you.The documents are very important.Please see to this matter with concern.The details are given below:

I got a bunch of mails which looks like a fraud. It tell me about the authenticity of organization sending me these mails and about prize.

IITB — Speed post not delivered

Speed post article no. EO[protected]IN is missing. It was sent on 6th june. till now it has not been received by receiver. What to do i don't know. Please if any body can help regarding this, i'll be very grateful towards them.
