Dear sir,
I am residing in GP block , Pitampura for the past 25 years. Earliar in our block the no. of
cars were very few , so people used to hve plantation in front of their houses earliar . but now
with the passage of time .Due to increase in the no. of cars in the block residents are using this
plantation space as their parking space, but few residents still hve not finished their plantation
area due to which the streets hve become congested . One fine example of this is GP 83, due to
its illegal encroachment other residents are facing lot of problem. So you are requested to kindly
demolish this illegal construction at the earliest to give relief to the residents.

sir i am having an ancesstrol property in faridabad with my 4 brothers and 1 sister .all the other brother and siter sell there part of land to the company named B.P.T.P EXCEPT ME by giving the possession of land by no. which is also mentioned in the registry which was made against the buyer .As the land which is left by my name comes in the middle of the the land which was buyed by the said company .they are trying to encroaching my part of land by digging it and start the construction .
so i kindly request you to take some serious action .

1- the copy of the registry .
2-the copy of fard .
3-the map of the disputed area.

Under the new policy, the civic agency said it would start issuing licences to dhaba owners with legal establishments. In addition, kiosks and stall owners could also get licences issued by MCD. Since most of the existing dhabas function from public land, MCD says removing these illegal eateries is part of its anti-encroachment drive.
MCD's press and information director, Deep Mathur confirmed the move. "The illegal dhabas are liable to be removed without serving any notice to them as they are considered encroachments. MCD can only issue licences to eating houses which have a covered roof. We have been told to remove all encroachments before the Commonwealth Games."a
Apprising the court of the progress so far, the court appointed special counsel Harish Salve said though Haryana has acquired the requisite land for the expressway in various districts through which the expressway is to pass, the Uttar Pradesh government is showing no interest in execution of the project

We would like to bring to your notice that the Gandhi Nagar Main Road and Adjoining Kashyap Mohalla Main Street and in this colony MCD Land for Dharmsahala purposed in future Near Ganhdhi Nagar Police Station Delhi 110031 have encroached the whole both side of road with illegal material with huge wooden stools, wooden Counter, tables and other things which has led to the shortening of the space available for children playing area and public movements.
Please concern it and remove this encroachment immediately on warm level.
