[Resolved]  Inalsa Food Processor — Product damaged

Hi,
I was ordered a Inalsa Food Processor from Star CJ on 27-march-2012. I received the food processer within 7 working days. when i opened the box the jar was found broken. i immediately called the customer care of Star CJ and registered the problem. They assured that they will replace the product and send Inalsa Company executive for demo and checking of the product within 20 days. Till 20th we did not receive any replace product nor the company executive visited the premises . After 21st we call again and again to the customer care of Star CJ for same problem but no resolution of probelm till date given to us.
So atlast we registed a complaint and required your help to get our money back.
Hope we will get the required help to resolve the issue.

Hi.. my request no is - GEN[protected] allocated to Technician Tech 122 .the Technician came once and checked the hand blender and said the motor needs to be replaced 10 days ago.he said he will order it, and not heard anything from him after that. My contact no is[protected].
