INB Vast India Private Limite TECH_VASTINDIA Payme - TRANSECTION ID NOT RECIVED

I m Satish my user id - drsatishmk for MPSC OAS
i made online payment through SBI on 18th of April 2012 for sales tax
inspector examination 2012 but i didnot received Transaction ID from
your side.
and as per my bank statement Rs 153 debited .there is also noted that your transaction are successful
so kindly
resolve my problem.
please kindly return my Rs 153 deducted. & don't update transaction ID because, the date of filling application from was closed.
