This complaint made by me, but by mistake I shown the company name as HPCL instead of Income Tax Dept.
My neighbour Mr. SantRam Lohia ( so called santram pradhan ) manipulated lots of money while in restructing their buldings and by a number of illigal means he had made a number of properties here in 5-A DDA Flats Gazipur and Gazipur Dairy farm Delhi 110096.
He was earlier involved in a number of criminal cases and involved in molestation, threatning to residents on various matters most of the people of this society are just frustrated from this Antisocial element .
As far as his background is concerned was just a driver in Delhi jal board, where he threats many officials and recruited his brothers into the jal board by the all the illigal means and GUNDA GARDI.
Nowadays he has continued his illigal property buildings inside the Dairy farms. He is the owner of at least 20 Dairy farms which are now converted into the huge Warehouses and whose rent is coming in lacks. Right now he is constucting a new wareouse in dairy itself. he is the owner of at least 20 flats here in Gazipur dda Junta Flats.
Due to some refrence and uncalculated wealth he dominated every person in this society.
If his illigal property and wealth is going to be calculated i am sure it comes around more than 50 crores.and regular income from the rent is around 20 lacks per month.
Just think over this matter ..because its the democracy not the capitalism where a person who dont even know how to write his name ...is the owner of such a huge empire and dominates others like anything.
we are the god fearing common people and if coming into the picture he tries to harm us, so we just want to say that please take some suitable action towars this criminal minded Person who has made our life misrable in this Democratic country .
I dont knw to whom should i contact, thats why we have written our story here .
Hope this message reaches to the concerned authority of Income tax department and they will take suitable action towards this problem.

sir, some one has filed a compalint case against me that in 2003-04 he has given me 5.20 lac to include him into my firm as a partner.brekout of 5.20lac as follows-30 thousad, 50thousand, 2 lac all in cash and a bank d d for 2.40 lac al transaction in 2003-04 financial year.my lawyer querried him and he reaveled that neither he files any return nor have even PAN.now i want to complain against him in income tax dept . he has no proof against any transaction with me.pls guide me

I request you to investigate Mr. Vikram Singh Sidhu residing at 292-B Gazipur Dairy Farm, DDA Flats Delhi-110096. He is working as a Driver in Mother Dairy but how come he affords this luxury of having five cars, nicely decorated properties, visiting london on regular basis, affording his son education from London. I give a dam to this kind of people who make their own child a fool and borrowed money from her. His daughter is living in london for ages and affording his non-stop demanding behaviour. He and his wife continusously threatening us and blackmailing us for my marraige. Sometime they borrowed money on the name of temple or sometime showing their financail problems. When we came to know about their life style and living standards we were shocked that how they used us and cheated upon us. He settled his second daughter in our flat next door to him and not returning the possession on demand. He also scam with other two properties in the past.
Please do something about these kind of shameless people who can kill someone to make their life comfortable

My Owner Mr. Yogaiah is running somany PG(Paying guest) Hostels and mess without paying any taxes for over 10 years.He is charging high amount from people who are staying in those PGs.For single BHK, He is getting 20000 INR where he pays only 1000 INR to electrcity and water bills.He is always try to escape the paying the commericial Tax amount.He is showing those buildings as

I am staying in hyderabad in a rented house for last three years. The owner refuses to pay rent receipts, sign rental agreement, accept rent through cheque. Offlate he has started troubling me and my wife for vacating the place as he is expecting more rent.

I wanna complaint about a unisex saloon in noida called " WAVES", they do not give any bill to anyone unless u pay by card and or if anyone wants a bill they say its better not to take the bill bcoz i[censored] want a bill u will have to pay a tax of 10.2% there daily transaction are nearly 15-20k n this was they are not payin the tax the way they should pay.
I think u should investigate n this.

Sir, Before, I write the complaint for refund of I.T., I would like to know the fate of such comlaints, whether, any real and factual action are being taken or you just need complaints for the sake of comlaints. I would like to know the maximum number of days within which action will be taken and intimated of action taken and result. Income Tax — non refund of excess tax deducted
Hello Sir,1.I filed my ITR-2 for the Assessment year 2007-08 on 28.07.07 vide receipt no 30219266/28.07.07 for Rs. 12618.00.
2. I filed my ITR-2 for the assessment year 2008-09 on31.07.08 vide receipt no 10805230/31.07.08 for Rs.1344.00
I have not recieved any of these rfunds so far.
