[Resolved]  Income Tax Department, India — assessment year[protected], income tax return have not been credited in my account

Dear sir,
This is Ravi kumar velamala,(pan no.AFUPV2650J),SBH a.c no:[protected].,MICR code:[protected],IFSC code:SBHY0020861
with reference to the TAX INFORMATION NETWORK (of incometax department) ,assesment year[protected] .
status of my tax refund is released on 29.06.2013 by ECS(mode of payment). But in my SBH account refund amount had not been credited.
kindly rectify the problem and please credit refund money in my account.

RE: Your e-mail sent to Banking Ombudsman, Hyderabad on 18.07.2013.

With reference to above, on verification of your account, we found that there was no credit by Income Tax refund through ECS on the mentioned date.

Hence, you are advised to follow the instructions given on the I.T.R.O as foot-note.

Kindly ascertain the reasons for non-receipt of above from IT Department. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any assistance.
