[Resolved]  Income Tax Department Noida — Income tax refund

I did not receive the refund for the year 2007-08. Will you please expedite...

I have gone several time for the refund of my company Shree Balaji Enterprises for the year[protected] as there case comes under scrutiny but still after finalisation of this case we are unable to get our refund as they show there same excuse as to be showing themself busy after the regular follow-up been done with them from the last 5 months.

Can you please advide me what should i do for the same...

My name is Amit Kumar, {M}[protected], its been a year till now Income Tax department of Noida has not refund my Tax money, I have filed a Tax return for my reimbursement of Salary which has been deducted, these people are so lethargic, big time hardly working, it shows the govt of Noida is so careless.

My self is Surendra Singh Jadon and I filed my return on 11/08/2009 at Noida Sector 20 Income Tax Office . The details are given below:

I already submitted My original TDS Certificate at Sector 20 Noida Income Tax Office with the supporting documents. My Total Refund is Rs. 41, 920 till date I am not getting any information from Income Tax Office.I already visit income tax office and meet ITR Officer about income tax refund but they are not giving satisfactory answer. I already submitted supporting documents. But still they are not processing my refund .

Please look at this matter urgent basis and kindly release my refund as earlier as possible .

we would like to know is there any rule to pay income tax on the rent received for an Paying guest. whether the rent count as the direct income or not.

I am receiding in a PG in noida, Sector 19, (House No. 460, Sector 19, Block A, Noida). Our landlord increased the room rent 3 times in last 1 year, he is charding Rs 5000 PM, and the availability of the bed is 10. I asked for the rent receipt from my landlord, to show it in my expenditure to save tax. But he refused to pay and told me to leave the PG if you dont want to live there. Kindly let us know what to do>

I asked a person who told me that the officers at the incometax departments ask for 12% of the refund amount.
