My Income Tax return was filed on 17 Jul 2009 in Ward No.7 (4) vide receipt No.[protected] for assessment year[protected].

I haven't received my tax refund of Rs.79,590.00 as of present date.

Can I know the exact problem for the delay for the tax refund?.
