I had submitted my return for assessment year 2009-10 on 17.09.09 wherein my refundable amount was 16990.00. My ward no is 22 (1)

I keep watching the status online which gives same comments taht my assessing officer has not yet sent the refund

Income Tax Dept — Refund Status of the last financial year

Hi,

This is regarding my income tax refund for last year[protected].

As I was switching between onsite and offshore, my company deducted an addtional 11,000+ rupees as my income tax. This was shown in my Form 16 and the same was filed online and received an acknowledgement from the IT department.

However, I have not heard back anything on the addtional amount deducted as income tax and on the refund of the same. Now, the new Form16 is already with me where an addtional of 7,000+ rupees have been deducted.

Can anyone help me how to get the refund or to check the status on the same?

I wish to inform you that I have been an income tax payer vide Pan No. ACXPA7095E,
dealing in shares as Sebi regd. Sub-Broker through Member Broker - Competent Finman Pvt. Ltd.,
Chandigarh, whose Pan No. is AABCC4854G, running business from SCO 201-203, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh.

The Member Broker pays me the brokerage after deducting TDS. During the Financial
Year[protected] he paid me total brokerage of Rs. 371,223/- after deducting TDS of

I submitted my Income Tax Return on 29 Sept, 2008 vide Receipt No. [protected] with

During the Financial Year[protected], the Member Broker - Competemt Finman P. Ltd paid
me a brokerage of Rs. 426,731/- after deducting TDS of Rs. 43953/-, which was deposited with the
Department vide no. mentioned above. I submitted my I.T. R. through E-filling Acknowledgement
No. [protected] Dated 22.07.2009 and claimed an Income Tax Refund of Rs. 43950/-

Now, I wish to inform you that my Income Tax Refunds of both years are still pending.

Hence, I request your goodself to please look into the matter and ensure the payment of my Income
Tax Refund alongwith the interest till date at the earliest possible.

I am yet to receive my IT refund for the assessment year[protected]. The amount due is Rs. 13,960. My PAN no is AKTPM7351F.
The concerned ward is 14(1) Bangalore, Karnataka.

I have visited Income Tax office (Bellary Bhavan, Banagalore, Karnataka) multiple times, but I have not received any satisfactory answer regarding my returns.
When I asked to check in system, they told me that system is not able to accept the details with following error "Refund out of date, hence closed".
They asked me to come again and check with concerned officer. I have already visited office 5-6 times but everytime I visit
there, either the officer is not available or the system is down or they are not able to update the system with required details.
Everytime I travel 30 kms and took a office leave for the same but the officers are not concerned about anything and just
asking me to come again and again and check the same. I am going through mental pain and loosing faith in administration.
Whenever I dial phone number[protected] ext 412) of the ward officer, it never got answered.

Request you to please look into this matter and bring it to logical conclusion asap.

When I go for clearance of the check. it is showing already paid/performed.
