I have not received my IT return back for the year 2009-10.Can somebody tel whom to contact for the same in delhi, or is there any website to contact IT department.

Dear Sir,

I had applied for name change in my PAN card and its been rejected twice giving following reason.

"Your request for 'New PAN card and/or Change/Correction in PAN Data' cannot be processed as PAN holder details provided by you in the application do not match with PAN holder details in the Income Tax Department (ITD) database".

When I made my PAN Card for the first time our CONSULTANT had mentioned by mistake my name as BABU BYLAPPA S/O GOPAL. But my real name is not BABU BYLAPPA it is just BYLAPPA .G. Later when I objected regarding wrong name to our consultant he took back the card and assured me that he will get the necessary changes done. He got me new card on which it was printed BYLAPPA .G and I thought he had done in the income tax department database also. But all he has done is just a change in display on the card.

Recently based on numerology my name was changed to Bharat from Bylappa .G and the legal document was submitted in this regard to your department. Since I want to make my company PVT LTD and second name of mine and my father is necessary for the same I have submitted the application for change in details that is my name to BHARAT GOPAL and my father's name to GOPAL HANUMANTHAIAH. HANUMANTHAIAH is my father's father name i.e., my grandfather name.

I have provided all the necessary legal documents as a proof for above claim but unfortunately my application has been rejected for the second time.

I am an young entrepreneur and such hurdles will end up me losing business from my clients which I can afford at this point of my career.

I request the concerned authority to help me in this regard.

Also I request following details to be mentioned (Displayed) on my PAN CARD.

TAX — Income tax department

I have recieved a 143(1) intimation from IT dept for year 2009-10 on 12th Jan.2011
I am salaried guy for last 10 years with no other source of income.
My tax has been paid through TDS aways as there have been no other source of income

The intimation document shows 45 lacs of income from other source and,
capital gains equivalent to the to my salary in that year

Kindly let me know how should I go about it. I live in hyderabad but filed the tax online for the first.

My total salary for years prioir to 2009 may amount to 45 lacs.
Can that be the case where the tax return database from hyderabad is not updated with Bangalore office.

Please let me know the best possible step forward.

I am not recived my Tax Refund for the AY[protected].I already comunicated to Assesing officer but not able to get any information from them.Please help to me how to i get it from them.I am attaching all documents along with this regards.

I got a similar mail from Income Tax Department <e.[protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in>. It mentions exactly the same refund amount as in Ragini's mail...I guess its a fraud mail...

I have not yet received my return. The tax deducts every month before even salary credits to the bank a/c but this government donot have courtesy to poor people to return the tax back.. The system is messy!!!

I have filled my return last year . I am suppose to get a return of 7700/- PAN :AJGPG32225J
assessment year : 2010/2011

Please help...
