Income tax return assessment — Wrong entry of Assessed income in the intimation from Income Tax department

I have recieved an intimation from Incometax department for AY 2006-07. The statement shows income of Rs 6,65,135. As per filed return by me, this value should be Rs. 5,62,150. I have addressed this to the incometax department by my letter dated 30th November 2007, But till date this is not resolved.
I have visited Incometax department and met the PRO about 10-12 times, but till date no action has been taken, each time the excuse is that the system is not OK.
Please let me know what needs to be done in this case.

hi i applied for my PAN 2 WEEKS BFORE BUT I DIDNT GET MY PHYSICAL CARD IN MY HAND

My Name is Correct print in PAN Card : MAIMOONA BANO TARIQ but Return not upload first name is mismatch. What is my first name in PAN Data.

My PAN No. is AEMPT9510N and correct Name print in PAN Card : MAIMOONA BANO TARIQ, but return not upload reason Your name not mismatch in first name. What is my Correct first name in PAN data.

My pan no. is ABGPG1758G. I submitted my IT return on 4/8/09. It is in range 13 bndl no. 214 It'has some number [protected].
I understand that my pan has to be referred to range 13 from range 12. Due to some inability I am not in a position to go over to make a formal request.
Hope this would suffice to seek refund of Rs.10039.

Income Tax Department, GOVT. OF INDIA — PAN Card not received since last four years

I have PAN No since last four years and have been submitting Income Tax Returns on the same PAN NO. But the PAN card has never reached me despite of filing three applications at different points of time. Kindly help.
