[Resolved]  Income Tax office — IT refund

PEOPLE SEARCH CONSULTANTS — NO TAX REFUND

We have submitted our returns last year in October-2007 but till date we have not received our Refunds. Our PAN Number is AAIFP 9573H. Pls arrange for the refunds at the earliest

Income Tax Refund is not received properly without giving so much Reminder,

I have not received my Income Tax refund. Could kindly let us know the status of payment and when I will be receiving the refund.

Yours is just 2 years.. relaxmine is pending for more than 15 years!!! can you imagine...I relocated from kalyan to Kochi, Kerala about 7 years back and my IT Consultant reportedly submitted an application in that office for transferring my file to Kochi office way back in 2006.But till date, this file is not tracable anywhere!!!whom to ask...where to search...they are not able to find yesterday's papers and files how will they find mine?I have to recive several thousands of Rupees as refund from this office..is there anybody listening?My hard earned money is lost for ever...why have they started this TDS i don't know...to harrass honest and helpless people?
Iam now not working...which means not earning...still i file my returns here...freshfile...but, what about the past dues due to me? I am still hoping against hope..My IT Consultant here says...where to search asha?My IT Consultant there in Kalyan sent me the copy of ackowledgement mail given to Kalyan Office..He is also helpless...
wonder why this department does not show the same spirit and enthusiasm shown to collect the tax for refunding the same ?shame on the department...to say the least..

why income tax office not give refund to any one
they always tell to all some problems in refund and some budget problems tell to all and last so many years lots off people are not getting refund there is lots of trouble to all so make a some good rules for refund

this is karmel from a leading media house. i am goiint o flash all these complaints in the news in the next one week. i too have faced alot of problem. hope my refund comes to me as soon as this reaches ur eye balls. pan : AALPF2115L . hope u consider this as a warning else the whole van will come to shoot your incompetence live on a news channel and all of the above people listed wld be interviewed outside the income tax office- kalyan specially in a week from now

Hi, My name is Maulik Modi & my PAN No is ANRPM5310R.
My Refund amount is @ Rs. 8000/-, every time while calling either they are telling that Mr. Deshpande is not avilable or yet they have not started relesing cheques. i want to know when they will release the cheques . Even we are not delaying while submitting the form y r they taking so much time.
Also one of my colligue has seen the cheque in Drawer of concern officer & his nake is Mr. Gaikwad, Ward No 1, Panvel - Navi Mumbai.

Hi, I have not yet received the refund amount of Rs. 8000/- for year 2008-09.
My PAN is ANRPM5310R. When ever 'm checking online for any onealways its showing the same msg that refund officer has not yet release the cheque. Even for that person its showing the same msg who have already received the cheques.
I think we need to upgrade our online tracking system.
