my son Anil Kansal s/o sh.Amrit Lal kansal, 83 Ellicott Road, Living Stone, Hamilton, New Zealand has applied online for a New Pan Card(under NRI category) and submitted all the relevant papers along with a demand draft for Rs.962/- through Trackon Couriers Pvt.Limited on 03.09.2012 to the address of Income Tax Pan Service Pune. The courier pack bearing AWB No.[protected] was received in your office on 06.09.2012 with your office stamp.
Nearly 4 months have gone, but it is pointed out with great regret that we received no response from your office until now. We don't have the acknowledgement number with us, other particulars of my son are mentioned as under:-

Hi,

We had applied for PAN at Karvy vide acknowledgement number [protected] on 22nd June 2013 at Karvy Data Management services Branch I.D. 06171 at Sushant Arcade Branch, Gurgaon, Haryana, till date there is no update on the same, the details forms were courired on 25th June 2013 from Karvy Sushant Arcade Gurgaon office. After that the same is displayed as pending at KARVY TIN Facilitation center .

The error shown on verification at website is that the application is under process at TIN Application center ( this has been appearing for over 30 days now.

I have applied for new pan card before 20 days.Now i checked status of it online.It shows invalid documents.But i have submitted aadhar card as proof of identity and proof of address, and 10th board certificate, nationality-domicile, government issued medical card as proof of birth date.
although i submitted all this documents, how can my documents are invalid.
