i m not received a refunded cheque and nalasopara post master said that "i m not received a u r cheque " but thana income tax department {4(1)} said that "i m sanded u r refund cheque 22/7/2009" .plz check it.

Tax refund — new cheque of tax refund

Dear Sir/Madam,
I filed income tax return for the assessment year 2010-11. My PAN No. is AJJPJ0916C. Refund of Rs.2640/- is to be received by me. But I have received the refund CHEQUE and this cheque was expired due to 90 days from issue date .i dont send this cheque to bank within 90 days due to illness my health. and after this i sent this cheque to you back and again tax refund request is completed by income tax department. Now i want my refund cheque request you to kindly do the needful to expedite the refund.please sent my refund cheque.
