Complaint:

Rajneesh Madhok, Registered Member, CORE, a Consumer Protection Organisation has filed this complaint against the Indian oil Corporation through its Chairman, General Manager (LPG-MO) and others.

The case is that the opposite party No. 1 to 11 are concerned with the distribution of the LPG Gas cylinders. Rajneesh Madhok had approached to the concerned officers and sent the Registerd Letter as well and requested the concerned authorities to deliver the LPG Gas cylinders to the above mentioned Connection Holders. But the said Gas agency has nothing to do with the requests of the consumers and do not reply to the requests of the Representative.

As the consumer is entitled to get the supply of a LPG cylinder of two cylinders in a month. But the said agency don’t make supply to them on various requests even. In this connection the SPEED POST LETTER No. EE[protected] IN DATED 02/02/2008 POSTED AT CHANDIGARH OFFICE FAILS TO SUPPLY THE LPG GAS CYLINDERS TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED CONNECTION HOLDERS.

The Ministry of Petroleum as well as the Ministry of Consumer Affairs shall ensure that all Marketing Companies do issue necessary instructions that the Distributors will provide to the consumers LPG Gas Cylinder within a stipulated time limit.

I pray to The Honourable Forum to direct the Indian Oil Corporation to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the Complainant to meet the expenses incurred by it in protecting the interest of consumers and to continue to protect the interest of the consumers, within a period of four weeks.

Indane — non supply of refill cylinder

I have booked my refill cylinder with Golden Gas Service Palam Vihar on 6th Mar., but have not supplied with refill cylinder so far My name ANTIMLATA MY con no. 852130 ([protected]). My current in use cylinder is likely be exhaousted in a day or two. Pl help

Indane — Delay in Refill Booking

My Gas Consumer No.32935, Gurudatta Gas Agency. I booked a refill on 02 Apr 2014 at 0326pm vide 874529 and received sms saying bill was generated on 02 Apr 2014 at 0926pm vide cash memo [protected], but as on 05 Apr 2014 cylinder was not delivered.

I, t valsaladevi residing at pachalloor in trivandrum district and my consumer number is 8767 and booking reference number is 498457 on 24 march 2014.yet now I didn't get it.please make necessary step to get this .otherwise I am forceful to take legal action.kindly do the needful

With respectfully i would like to request you for your kind help.
That i am a consumer of Indane Cooking Gas, My consumer no. is 28003, and registered with the m/s Sukh Gas Service, 701/57, Keshoram Complex Opposite Sector -45c, Burail, Chandigarh. Phone No.[protected]

Since 8th April 2014, request for the booking, refilling of cylinder till today 20th May 2014, I still not get my refill/cylinder. After the above mention booking date 8th April 2014, till today they are failed to deliver a single cylinder to me, in response of my every phone call every time they tell me a new reason or a new story for their failure and irresponsible service. Like this time we do not have delivery man, or I was not at my home for taking the delivery (dear sir I live in the city lonely and I do job in a private firm so I cant get time to take a delivery or be at home, this thing I shared with the authorities and representative of the above said gas agency) so often I hand over my copy of the connection to my neighbours to take the delivery on behalf . this thing also shared with the authorities and representative of the above said gas agency.

Dear Sir/Madam due to this kind of irresponsible work every time i lose my peace of mind, suffer with in convenience and get tensioned,
Since today morning i have made more than100s of calls for booking my refill, but often their phone numbers[protected] be busy but when rings they do not pick my call, and if they pick call they tell new story, a new reason, but no cylinder no service.

I can not understand the problem, can you please help me in this regard or you please tell me the next door where I will have a solution of my problem.

Without holiday clossed office

Sir Today I m go to GEM GAS SERVICE, but found the office closed. I m very confused how I buy cylinder. Their employees says office will be closed due to Diwali festival. But Diwali is late . My no is [protected]
I am a Indane consumer having my connection no.121465 at dealership M/s Bharat Gas Agencies, 33/82 Rustam Bagh, Ajmer Road, near Pratap pura, AGRA. I had booked on-line for cylinder on 09/07/16 whose booking no. genrated is 249354..Almost one month is getting passed till today i.e 06/08/16 at 3.15 pm it is not yet been delivered.Can I know what's the max. time the IOCL guide to their consumer's to wait for the delivery as Govt. provide's atleast 12 cylinder's per annum subsidy...This dealership had a record of supplying cylinder' very late after regular face to face communication to their office Manager/Staff in different intervals.Consumer's record/delivery book can easily proove it at any time..
