[Resolved]  Indane — Delay in delivery

Dear Sir,

I have been using Indane Gas since 2000, last two years I am facing lot of problem in delivery every month.
Every time I am visiting our service agency for my delivery. Their regular answer is "You'll get in a week".
They are taking almost 35-45 days for delivery after getting our booking confirmation.
Last two months I am directly visiting the agency and collecting the cylinder myself.
Three months back I have given complaint in Indian Oil Corporation Limited Office, Teynampet.
I have booked on 30th March 2012. Today 30th April, I have visited the gas agency,
but they are giving wrong promise and saying again it will another one week for delivery.
I cannot run behind the gas agency people every month.

So Please take necessary action against our gas distribution agency to make the delivery on time.

myself consumer of kanpur gas service22692 and my consumer, i booked for cylinder around 15 days backand today it is 04th may, but i have not received the cylinder even after reminders on phone if connected. Further most of the time number is engage.

Dear Sir,
I am submitting this complaint with great heart felt incidents happening every month with my Agent/Distributor, M/s.VishwambaraEnterprises,
No.40/1, Assaye Road, Bangalore-560 042.not ready to take booking of refilling of gas even after 25 days of last supply. Their arrogant reply is that, booking would be taken only after 30th day.last supplied date.

Is the supply conmditions doesn`t permit? or They are adjusting the supply to some where else?

My, consumer No.is 27418, and having a single cylinder only. Despite several attempts and repeated calls to the above agent, every month, it has become routine problem to get the cylinder reilling booking no, eventhough I call them after 25 days of every month. Their reply was to book only after 30 days, and delivered after 2/3 days. Is booking of refilling cylinders terms and conditions are changed ? Or the agent is making fool of the customers ?

I am taking this opportunity to invite your intervention in this regard, and enlighten the public about the supply of refilled cylinders intervals, please.

I am an Indane customer. I am getting my refill after 42-47 days. Can you tell me please how many day need to get another refill...?
I Subhash Kumar, Consumer No.( U17550) having with agency M/s Rashmi Rathi Enterprises, Kankarbagh Patna-20 (Distributor code: 177164.

I have booked for a refill (order no. 11953 dated. 30/05/09) but even after today Cylinder not deliverd, when i met personally to distributor office directly they said they will take another 10 days to deliver the refill cylinder.

I request to concern authority to solve the problem.

I am the customor of of Indane gas for domestic use .Our distributor is Maruthi,Anna nagar ,chennai .
I booked for refill on 25th of nov 2009. Till the date 22 dec 2009 ,i couldnot receive the refilled cylinder . Whenever i call and ask the agancy they are saying that" we will deliver it today". Today also the same thing happend . My customer number is 30311. What can i do for this?

I have Indian Oil Gas Connection in Ramanathapuram. Dealer name is Balaji Gas. My consumer number is 25603. My name is Vallivinayagam.I have booked before 20 dyas. When I asked, Mam what time it comes, she reply today sir, THe same answer repeated more than 10 days. But, it did not delivery till date (15.4.10). I am very fedup for your service. Pls. take action immediately.
I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporatation's LPG Gas from Omkaram Gas Agencies, Oachira, Kollam District. My consumer Number is 759 and my address is Krishnabhavanam, Adinadu North PO, Karunagappally, Kollam District, PIN 690542.

I am facing a big problem with the Omkaram Gas Agencies, that is, the Refilled Cylinder is supplied after a long period (normally 55-60 days). First of all I would like to know that, why should this much time do they take for the delivery.

Secondly, whenever I try to call their office, once the lines are busy, otherwise the call is not taken.
As I am working abroad, and my wife is working in Government Service, we cannot approach the agency each month for this regards. If the call is taken they say regularly the same saying: "the load has not come"

I am having two cylinders in my account. I have booked for a refilled cylinder on August 21st, 2010. Today it is 19th October 2010. After this 60 days both my cylinders have been empty. Me and my wife continuously trying to call the agency from the morning today. But both the lines are busy all the times. And once it is ringing the phone will not be attended.

What should I do? Where should I approach for getting me a proper solution. Not only me, all the consumers under this Omkaram Agency are facing the same issues for years.

Some of my friends say that they were dealing with some other agent in Karunagappally. But once they tried to book for refilled cylinder they say, your account has been shifted to Omkaram Agency and contact them for further dealings. What is this? Without knowing the consumer they have been shifted. What should I call to this? Why this is going on here in India? The agency in Karunagappally is very sincere and they deliver refilled cylinder in maximum of 15 days.

So kindly do help me (not only me, but also all the consumers who are facing this problem from Omkaram Gas Agency).

Dear Sir,
this is Vishwanath Swami i am a indane gas customer in pune dehu road (ganraj Indane Gas) My broblem is every time delay of cylinder delevery.
and as per new price is 406 Rs. but they taking 425 Rs. why.
so delevery charges 21 Rs.

This agency is now telling that there will be delay in our deliveries as we have big pending deliveries list. Please check on line from when i have been waiting to get my refill.
This is not my first case of complaint if you go back and see the records, every time these people delay supplies like this. Probably not maintaining team of delivery boys, it seems.
Kindly advise suitably to expedite supplies.

Delivery delay in refill gas cylinder booked on 24/02/2012.Consumer no:70318 in the name of P.Shanmuganathan residing at Alanthur.Booking reference no.288240.Cash memo (7383) generated on 29/02/2012.Delivery message recd on 01/03/2012,but still i have not recd the cylinder.

Every time it is happening like this.No response from distributor.

I booked for Gas cylinder on 19.3.2012 with an assurance that the cylinder will
be delivered within 3-4 working days. But the same has not been
delivered till date.
I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around
the area.but they deliverd cylinder in my home on 12 .4.2012.
I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay . i did pone complain 8 times but They also do not respond
positively,please take immidiate action.

K K Indane Enterprises not responding properly for customer calls and responding rudily.
and i was booked the gas cylinder on 1st may 2012 and it suppose to deliver on 29th may-2012 and status also showing same delivery sate, but till date i did't received my cylinder.

I am taking delivery of my LPG Gas from Indane distributor M/s Lakshmi Jee Indane Rohtak-124001 (Haryana)under consumer no. CX2169186. I have booked ahome delivery of my refill on 01.03.2014 telephonically. On non-receipt of delivery of my refill, I called the distributor but they did not response on their telephone numbers. I visited the premises of distributor and query the status of my booking. The lady at counter instructed me to deposit the amount of refill at the counter for which refill will be made available on 22.03.2014 by collecting from their godown. She also told told "home delivery band kar di gayi hai". I want to know that whether there is any gas crisis in our country as the Indane distributor M/s Lakshmi Jee Indane Rohtak ratther than giving home delivery is collecting money in 2 weeks advance from customers.The
Cylinder was booked at 3rd September 2014, still I have not received (today 27 September 2014) the gas cylinder and my distributed number is CX8842771 and agency is CHAND GAS DISTRIBUTORS.

Respected Sir,

I am from North parur(Ernakulam Dist, Kerala state).My Indane my consumer no. is 2567. I have booked my cylinder on 09.10.2014 and booking reference number is 674290 .Several times i contacted the concerned agency. But till date i have not received my cylinder. I am sorry to say that, Indane's service is very poor. I came to know that, on last 2 weeks the agency peoples were near our house. But as we asked to them, no cylinder to us.

Please do the needful urgently.
