improper supply of gas cylinders

THIS TIME IT SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION SERIOUSLY?????
My name is K.S. Rana s/o SH Babu Ram, House No 1471, Sector 13, Urban Estate Karnal, Haryana. I have gas connection from M/s Sun Gas Service, 214-C, Kalandari Gate, GT Road, Karnal (Haryana). Its distributor Code is Code No. 12-01-0989.
I have been facing many problems with this company for the past few months that are as follows:---
1. DELAY IN SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDERS.
2. NO RESPONSE ON PHONES.
3. IMPROPER AND MIS-BEHAVIOR WHEN I APPROACHES TO THEIR OFFICE.
Their is a delay of 20-22 days in supplying gas cylinders. Due to this we have to suffer a lot. Several other customers are facing the same problems with this distributor. Kindly do the needful in this matter as soon as possible.
