Not maintaining the KYC Norms of the company.
I am having a Indane Gas connection from M/s Kewal Gas Service,Ambala Cantt under consumer No.20424 with just one cylinder.I wanted to convert my single cylinder connection to DBC and approached to the agency and the person concerned gave me the availability after 15 days on a written document.But after approaching at the specified time i was told that the DBC connection are stoped till further notice.
When I approached to prop.Mr. Kewal singh Chatwal,he is so much arrogant towards the customers that he shouts on the customers and dont want to give any explanation why after giving the availability agency can't provide the connection.
When asked about the complaint register he simply abuses and says you go and complaint anywhere,I dont have any complaint register.
Only after the intervention of some Zonal officer at Tele No.01748259149 I could manage to book again for my DBC.
But I am not sure whether it is still booked or not,though I have submitted my original Documents with the agency and more over it is done with the intervention of higher authorities I can hope it will be materialised.
I would like to know that is there any control of Indian Oil Corporation over these type of agencies and their Prop.
1.The complaint register is not maintained at the Agency.Not only maintained but I think it does not exist at all.
The irregularities will be informed to you at regular times which were mostly ignored by the people.
