[Resolved]  Indane Gas Agency — Extra charges on account of mandatory purchase of gas stove with new gas connection

Extra charges on account of mandatory purchase of gas stove with new gas connection was taken from me by Hindon Gas Agency Nehru Nagr Ghaziabad whereas i have already have a gas stove with me. I had insist not to purchase an additional gas stove but the gas agency people told me that it is mandatory to purchase a gas stove with every new connection.Later on i came to know as per IOC (Indane) Guidelines that was not mandatory. Still i am having that new gas stove in unused condition with me and waiting some honest response from the company's side.
