LATE BOOKING & DELIVERY

I HAVE BOOKED MY CYLINDER AFTER 25 DAYS FROM DELIVERY ON DATED 15.5.12 COPY NO 5808 BOOKING NO.71. BUT TILL 26.5.12 CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED. I HAVE ASKED FROM PHONE , THEY SAID CYLINDER WILL DELIVERED TODAY AT 2.00 PM. BUT TILL 26.5.12 CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED.

I WANT TO INFORM HIGHER ATHORTIES TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
