sir, i've booked a cylinder by telephone on 15.9.11, booking reference no 2466221 for consumer number 231026, distributor being cantonment gas supply, 31A/1 J N Tiwari Road Dumdum Cantonment, Kolkata 28. ph[protected]. till now no cylinder has been delivered. we went to the office today they said it'll be delivered today only but just like previous occasions they failed. sir, this is not the first time it happens each time since i transferred the connection from Siliguri about 1 year back where i had a very good supply. sir i'm a doctor by profession and each time it is not possible to go personally and request, it is very embarrassing also as i'm not begging it.please look after this matter and help me. Indane online gas booking — I can not book gas cylinder online

I last time booked gas cylinder online dated 01.09.2011 the cylinder delivered at my home.Today I can not do it to book a cylinder for my self.I re register myself online ,but neither I write my name in consumer name colomn nor the colomn show my name .How could I book cooking gas cylinder. Kindly help me .

I booked for Gas Cylinder on 21 Jan 2013 vide booking No 1504. It is regretted to inform you that yet the Gas Cylinder has been delievered. The driver (Mr Sharma) who delieveres the cylinder denied to deliever the cylinder at residence for reason that he do not want to waste his time to deliever single cylinder. I have personally booked the complaint on telephonically with the owner of the Agency dated 13 & 14 Feb 2013. Kindly see this matter and take necessary steps. Thanking you.

I have gas connection with M/s.Aakash Gas Service, Raipur. It is very difficult to book cylinder for
home delivery because out of 3 landline phone, 2 phones are always dead and rest one phone
i.e.[protected] either busy or they do not pick up for communication with the consumer, even they do not send confirmation of home delivery cylinder's sms confirmation. Now what is the remedy
for this Indane Distributor ?

[protected] dt. 09/03/2016 has been generated, Hocker have come for delivery and he he demanding Rs. 575/- while Cash memo was Rs. 539/- when I have not paid the excess he have not delivered the same.
