I am residing at Haripad in Alappuzha District, Kerala. and my consumber no. is 21424
I have been trying to book gas/delivery since last 3 days through my telephone, but they are either not recieving the call or the phone's switched off.
Kindly see to it and take a quick action against the agency.

Also I had booked online and get a booking no.1 but we have not get gas.
Consumer no. R36030. booking was done over the phone on 19th Nov'09. there is no supply of cooking gas since then. gas agency Raghu Agencies, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon.
pl. get the supply restored.

Indane gas has started booking on line & has given Mob No Many times it is bezy. for booking a gas it takes more than to minutes. Also it is not possible to common man. So the Mob no given must be made toll free.
ref: consumer No. 12212 in the name of Hardwari lal with M/s Shubh Laxmi Gas Service, Delhi.
i m not happy with the on line booking. more than one week has passed, delivery is not affected so far. Telephone found busy all the time.

I am consumer of Akash Gas Agency, Johri pur, Karawal Nagar Delhi, since 10 year, but now this dealer to not able to do the dealering the gas cylinder. They are do the black marketing of the cylinder. I booked the cylinder 10 days ago but the cylinder is not delievered to me my complaint no 462 and my gas booking no. is 621. What am I do at this time. I have only one cylinder.

My dad Srikakulam Narasimha Rao, is a customer of Indane gas and he was dead on 20.01.2010, and we his children doesnt know the Consumer no. of the gas.

Can anyone help me out how can i get the consumer number from the gas agency.
We dont even know which gas agency we belong too.

Indane Gas Services is very bad in Yelahanka, staffs over there are sleeping. Every month when we try to book the cylinder there wont be any response from there end, either the phone will be busy through out the day or not answering, by luck if someone picks up the call they ask us to book on some other day while we are booking after 21 days as per the rules and he just ends the call without even giving the reason.
Please do some things what should we do if we are not getting the gas cylinder on time and they are not taking our booking on time. Should we use neighboors cylinder as everyone does????????.
I am requesting Sir to take strong steps against them - Yelahanka branch Nataraj Enterprises.

I am a LPG consumer of Sona Enterprises (Indane), New Delhi vide consumer # 28159. I booked the gas by using the services of 1260 on 29.01.2010 (under booking ref. No.68). As the gas has not been delivered till last week, to know the status of my booking I used to check the same by dialing 1260 and it used to announce that your gas is already booked on 29.01.2010. But surprisingly when I tried it again on 16.02.2010 at 1260, they did the booking the second time against the same consumer number. Till this time, I have neither received gas against the booking of 29.01.2010, nor against the 16.02.2010 booking.
As I complained earlier, it is very difficult to get the agency numbers either it will be busy or nobody will pick up. Therefore, gas booking through the agency telephone numbers is not at all possible.
Now, I would like to know what happened to my booking of 29.01.2010. I also woule like to know the tracking system of Indane against the bookings of customers either over phone or online.

Really we are also suffering from such problem as phone calls are not attended during the working hours
I asked my dealer RAINBOW GAS SERVICE FBD to book gas on 27th feb. but they told us that y cannot book asy were delivered gas on 13th feb, wheras i booked on 3rd.feb for which i was delivered on 13th feb.Pl. let me know how and when can i book and the procedure.

when i call my distributer book my gas, than he is not receive him phone.this problem we face are several time but he is not look after this. me and other coustmer than complane about this, he say we are work in, so we not attend your phone. we book our gas go in distributer's office than he book. many time we have no time than our gas is not book long time.

Sir,
I am an LPG consumer of Rashmi Gas (Indane), Kochi vide consumer No. 27969. I stay alone & use LPG very less, so whenever I book gas after 6 months, they say that the connection is dead. Last year they forced me to bring the re-activation recommendation letter from I.O.C. Head office Kochi. It is not so easy to reach & get cosumer care officer recommendation. Any how I submitted my request letter duly recommended by IOC to Rashmi Gas, now while booking for refilling over phone, I was informed that the connection is dead & I have to submit re-activation request. I already submitted one during last year is with them.
I am working in a cent. Govt. Office & it is not always possible me to go their office for submitting such a letter again & again.
While dialing local cosumer care help line as given by Rashmi Gas, no[protected] either It is found busy or ringing unattended.
Therefore it is requested to instruct M/s Rashmi Gas to distribute the LPG without ‘harassment’,

I am registered consumer with M/s Nath Traders (India) with Consumer No. 29383. I have been receiving my gas cylinder at the same consumer number right from its registration. Now to my utter surprise that the online booking says that my consumer number is wrong and therefor the gas is not booked. Normally only one cylinder is delivered by the company in one month whereas my consumption is for two cylinders. The telephone installed at Nath Traders never responds. A great difficulty is faced in booking the cylinder. Indian Oil company must take such steps that the consumers are not harassed.
