Indane Gas — lick cylinder

sir , i am harshadsinh jhala my gas connection vendor is dinesh gas agency at&post- mansa dist- gandhinagar my consumer no DG- 10386. I have got cylinder on[protected] which is lick. i have complain twice about lick cylinder. till date they have not sent cylinder to change lick cylinder.

I had not mentioned the Gas Agency, it is "Sree Ma Kirupa Gas Agencies", Spartan Nager, Annanagar Western Extn., Chennai 600 101.

My consumer no is 42802 (in the name of my husband Swaminathan). My agency is Adyar gas agency in Chennai. I was delivered a gas cylinder today morn and I noticed late evening that it is leaking. It is not even connected but is leaking away. I have tried calling all numbers that I was given - [protected] and the number on the booking slip. No one picks up these phones. I have kept the cylinders outside as I am too scared to keep it inside the home. In case of problem I will definitely sue IOC for encouraging dealerships who do not understand the meaning of the word emergency services.

This is just pathetic service.

My consumer No is-17681A refilled gas cylinder was delivered at my home.We Noticed leakage of gas from Gas Cylinder on yesterday when I just started to use above cylinder.
There would have been any mishappining but fortunelety yesterday was Sunday and I was at Home.I immedialety removed that cylinder and kept outside.
From the morning I am trying to lodge complaint at M/S Mohnil Gas Agency, I.I.T Gate in Tel No. 26564837, 26564899, 26564838 but i failed. Not able to get connected telephonically, by chance if connected no one lifts the Phone.
Now IT IS REQUSTED TO PLEASE GET THE DEFECTIVE GAS CYLINDER BE REPLACED

The same experience with us.
Nobody picks up the phone.At least for booking we can wait to go personally .
Even emergency gas leak calls are not attended to.
We are in Puzudivakkam .Our gas agency is Ranie enterprises.
should we make a police complaint?

My consumer No iS 9130 refilled gas cylinder was delivered at my home.We Noticed leakage of gas from Gas Cylinder from yesterday in sealed position.
There would have been any mishappining AND TODAY IS Sunday.I immedialety kept the cylinder outside

I agree as there is no response from the EMERGENCY CELL FOR gas leak. The cell numbers are always off. I have been trying to register a complaint for my new cylinder leaking so I can't connect it. I am in PUNE and my agency is SHAHID PRADIP INDANE (tele no[protected].
The emergency numbers [protected] and [protected] are permanently OFF.
It is no use having such important numbers on cell-they should be on land line to monitor their performance.

Noticed gas leak from last friday and informed our dealer Maruthi at Annanagar, no response. Not at all bothered to listen to our compliant. Today also complained. Still awaiting for the mechanic. Customer No. 44246 - Beumer Rayen

It is only to GOD who saves our life. No-body pick up the phones. Dealer never deliver the cylinder without physically persuasion. Is there any system where I can get the redressal of this problem? May GOD bless the Domestic GAS supplier. We are simply fade up but to hope when GOD will help us.

My consumer no is 6535 in the name of S.Subramanian.(wrongly given as 6353 in the earlier post. Sorry) My agency is Maharaja Bharatgas Distributors, Tirunelveli . The refill which was supplied to us is leaking. It is not even connected but is leaking away. I have kept the cylinders outside as I am too scared to keep it inside the home. I am a Indane Gas customer belonging to Revathi Gas Agency - Medavakkam, Chennai. I have faced the below issue twice with this Distributor.

Gas Cylinder gets delivered on 11-June-2017. During delivery asked the delivery man to check for pressure. Yes, pressure is there in the cylinder while checking it. Then it is placed in balcony, unused for two months.

Now the cylinder is connected to the stove only on[protected]. Now the unused gas cylinder is empty.

How the cylinder which was delivered (pressure checked) got empty after two months?

Now, I approached Revathi Gas Agency and they sent a person to investigate. The person came to my apartment, checked the cylinder and said since it is empty there is nothing that can be done to check the leakage. He also said only when there is some amount of gas still left in the cylinder, leakage can be checked and detected. Now, nothing can be done.

Is there a way to check the cylinder for leakage? Or is there a way forward to this issue?

Gas leakage is happening in my home. My registered number is [protected]. My consumer number is [protected]. I am unable to call all the three numbers. Please help us to resolve this issue.
