I'm a LPG consumer (Customer no is 10901).with M/S Kurukshetra Gas agency, Kurukshetra( Haryana). Whenever I use to telephone to book a cylinder the person usually do not pick up the phone. Only repeated calls make it accessible. Then there is reply your turn is tomorrow. Phone again and come in person to book it. The person try to use the language so that the customer may not try again. Not only this they say if not satisfied then complain against us. The language is not rough but also rude one. I'm a LPG consumer (Customer no is 1479&1478 &1907).with surya indene Gas agency, rishabhdeo,udaipur( rajshthan). Whenever I use to telephone to book a cylinder the person usually do not pick up the phone. Then there is reply your turn is after 10 days. Phone again and come. The person try to use the language so chip like (bhenchod)that the customer may not try again. Not only this they say if not satisfied then complain against us. The language is not rough but also rude one. I donot understand what to do.

good morning sir/madamthis is Smt.Geetha.H.R. my consumer ID no - 5230, and i booked for cylinder on 16.04.2012 by phone. that time the company people telling we provide home delivery also i said OK, but not yet give cylinder yet. know they are telling we con't give home delivery. and they behave like unprofessional manner.

On 24/05/2012 - 4.25 pm when the delivery van coming over our area, They phoned me and asking about our address and we are little away two kilo meter before (at Kilvelur ) and wait for some time for delivery, after 20 minutes again they phoned me we are near where is your address, , answering him, please return back, i am seeing your van, but suddenly they spoken me very rudely i am not return back why you have not waiting with cylinder on road, telling me and they didn't delivered my cylinder ., and usually whenever they delivered cylinder they demand additional amount too. request please take necessary action

Tenkasi.My consumer No is 22432.I booked for refilling my cylinder on 26th july 2012 by SMS.Till now I didn't receive my cylinder.I went in person to M/S. jeevan indane — not changing the leaking cylinder
When I contacted the jeevan deler through the emergency mobile no [protected] at 11.10-11.15 p.m He didnot attend the service. Instead he is telling that mechanic will not available. I am consumer at Navi Mumbai with the distributor called OMVEEOM at Panvel.And my consumer number is 3233. I have shifted to this place since May-2012.
Even after booking for the refill we had to follow up for several days and the delivery boys are very rude with us and some times they use filthy languages when we approached the owner of OMVEEOM and he also does not respond to us properly.
We have booked for refill on 29/12/2012 and the booking no is.12. I have got a call from a delivery boy on 8th Jan-2013 stating that no body is responding in my house. I have told him that my family is at home only and you may be on some other building. But he was so adamant. Then i have called up my residence to enquire whether the gas guy has come. They said no and i have called my building watchman also and he also said no gas guy has come. So immediately i have called up the delivery boy and told him that you never came to my building at all and in turn he said shall i break you door. I have lost my temper.
He has never visited my building at all and he said he will not come and deliver.where ever you want to complaint you can do that.And nobody will take action on us because we give business to Indane
What is this nonsense you dealer's attitude is. We are customer and we any paying for the refill and they thing they are giving the refill free of cost by doing a mercy to us.
I hope Indane gas will look into this and revert back on this matter. Still the cylinder has not been delivered.

That, as long as I had been a LPG consumer of Indane under the City Lite Distribution I had been well satisfied with their dealings & services. But when I had transferred my connection from there to M/S Champadanga Indane from then my unpleasant time has started. I wonder to realize whether I have committed a false move being the consumer of one of the greatest Oil Companies of Asia.
That, when at the moment of processing the matter of transfer on the month June, 2013 there was no web link, there the dealer or any office staff was not in attendance, there was no LPG regulator and so why the connection has been lying uncompleted and under process till date.
That, as many times I had visited the aforementioned dealers office for the completion of the matter of LPG connection I have been always ill behaved then by their office staff. In my opinion this is matter of such showing negligence and scant respect to the genuine customer is a matter of serious nature to the operating level of the dealing staff of an agency of a Nationalized Oil company like Indane.
In addition to this I like to draw your kind notice to the following:
1) There is no Stock Board at the said Office.
2) There is no Board having the Name & Contact No. of the Sales Officer or they refuge to give any answer if it is asked.
That, I like to ask you whether you give those dealing staffs any teachings or trainings at any Dealer or Dealer staff training Programme “ How to behave or deal with the common customers or visitors at the dealers Office?”
Lately, if you fail to give me any proper service in spite of taking submitted my papers, documents and the monetary deposits I request you to give me back the same all. I feel that it is far better to take no connection than to be being harassed and ill behaved in such ways.
Hope that in future days the Indane authority shall take serious initiatives for a far better and healthy customer service.

I have been an Indane customer with JN enterprises, BTM layout Bangalore with consumer number 46480. Months back, my details were moved to Shri Giridhar gas agency at residency road. I have not faced problems with JN enterprises at all. But post the movement it has been a terrible experience. It is impossible to get somebody to attend the phone, am really unsure if a telephone connection is really required in that office if this is the extent of service offered!!
I booked a refill on 14th November and towards the end of the month, received a message on my phone saying "booking has been cancelled". There was no intimation of the reasons. Repeated phone calls were useless. Finally on going to the office, it was told that due to the Aadhar details being entered on the system, the refill was booked again. I did this booking on 1st of December and till today have not received my refill. We had to walk into the office 2 to 3 times asking them to send the cylinder and there is always a promise that the same would be delivered the next day. We have been forced to take repeated permission and leaves from our work place to be waiting for nothing!!
I request you to kindly address this issue with immediate effect.

I requested for reactivating my Indane gas connection # 215559 at MATA sheetla gas service, Gurgaon about 3 months back and i was told that it will be activated within 1 week but still nothing is done. I went there more that 15 times to follow up but every time i was asked to wait for 2-3 days.
few days back when i argued with mr Arvind (agency incharge), then he called concerned person in karnal head office to check the status but that person was on leave. Now i am again asked to wait.
We are facing lot of trouble as we are not able to get gas cylinders.
No one is listening to us in that gas agency. Also they are not ready to give us direct contact numbers of karnal head office.
So i sent an email to [protected]@indianoil.in,
