Swapna enterprises Gas dealer — No supply of indane gas past one month

I have booked a indane Gas Cylinder on 09.09.2010 and booking no.14 was given to me . No supply was made to me till today,
I have already made several calls to the Distributor Swapna enterprises Gas Service ,hyderabad,AP-500266 telephone. no. [protected],[protected]
but they are not attending the complaints ,infact they are misbehaving with us.
i have also complaint to the divisional office,IOC ltd,no-3-6-426,lind floor,hyderabad,but no action was taken against it
Please tell me how I can got the refill cylinder which I Booked on 09.09.2010,
kindly look into the matter as early as possible

dear sir i have transfer my connection so is it necessary to buy non stick pan from the distributor as i alredy have non stick pan with ISI mark but distributor forcefully given it so i want to know that indane is recommanded it ? if i alredy have then why need to buy again.

we have indane gas conection in parekha gas agency savsar plot main road morbi - gujrat we hava a problame that agency close our connection withaout give any legal notice and canceled our connection and said that u have gspc gas line at home their is no rules of canceld conection without give legel notice

I am residing in Duggal Colony, Deoli Road, Khanpur, Delhi area. I went to Jagan Gas Agency to book a new LPG connection. But they said that booking for a new connection is closed. If you want to take in black then you have to pay Rs.5600/-

Please tell me that truely booking for a new connection is closed and if it is true then when I can book for new connection.

I suresh.A, my cust no 41327 of Bangalore, I had booked cylinder on 09.12.2012 I had received sms saying that my cash of deliver challan has been generated on 12.12.2012 at 5.14pm cash memo no 10563 it will be deliverd shortly but it was not happen till 29.12.2012 3.pm. Today morning when when to Sri rama Agencies to ask for the detail the front office staff says that your door has been locked thatwhy we are not able to supply but any time my door has not been locked, I told the same to her. then she told that with in 2 days your cylinder will be deliverd. I argued that cash memo has been genrated why this delay. today my supplier man has come & start shouting that how I can go to office & complaint abt him. I told that i will come to office & speak to you, when I enterd the office all the staff join together & say that they misplace the cash memo that why this delay. Morning they say one think & evening when we go with evidence they say something. THIS IS WORD THEY USED YOU COMPLAINT NO ONE CAN DO US ANYTHINK. THIS IS USED BY PERSON ONE WHO SIT BACK OF FRONT OFFICE. I had given complaint abt the same in writing. I hope this is no use. They made fun on me & send me back.
