When I attached new cylinder to regulator. total gas leakage forcely outside area.

i had make complent to my gas agentcy karuna gas agany, nagpur 6 time in a day, but i have not received any followup till time. so what can i do now.

please give me any suggestion urgently

From three days we have gas leakage problem.Please,solve the problem as soon as possible.

i have connection at manglum gas agenic , sapphire house, sapna sangeeta road , indore(m.p.) and i have a gas connection with name ajay saxena and my consumer no is 27465. i booked my gas last month and recived at 24.8.2010 and used gas cylender at 28.8.2010 but there was leakage in gas cylder and complaint this to my gas agesic for at leat five time oral , his employee replied the service person look after the complaint as soon as , kindally suggest what i do?

I am a customer of JAVED GAS SERVICE, SONGRA HOUSE, MARRIS ROAD, ALIGARH bearing customer no. 34172. This agency supplies INDANE GAS. Last cylinder supplied by the above agency to me is BADLY LEAKING. I have complained to the agency about DEFECTIVE PRODUCT supplied to me, but they didn't entertained the complain and they are not ready to change the cylinder. The cylinder is still leaking in my home and BIG ACCIDENT may occur.
Please help me.

Revathy Gas Agencies. Medavakkam 601302 We are getting cylinder constantly without washer resulting in GAS Leakage. We have orally told several times to the concerned agencies to take care every time. They are repeatedly doing the same mistake. Because of this, we are forced to get under weight cylinder GAS.

Indane Gas — gas leakage and bad cooperation with customers

dear sir.
i have complained for a leakage of gas ,but the agency people are not ready to exchange it soon.and they also have bad co-operation with the customers .if an accident occurs with my family members then i would prefer a police complaint on behalf of the agency (balasore gas agency,BALASORE.)

i will be really obliged if you take the action as soon as possible.

I am sougata ghosh, staying at 67/12, Seven tanks Estate, Cossipore, kolkata -700 002. After inserting regulator in a new cylinder of Indane gas, huge amount of gas leakage is observed and we are in danger with my little child and wife.

gas connection with indane company,agency name-BAJRANGI INDANE GAS SERVICE 179/Y-1PASHUPATI NAGAR,YASHODA NAGAR KANPUR-21 GAS CONNECTION NO B-5093 ON gas delivery time...gas was being leaked.we immediately asked the delivery man to replace the gas cylinder
but he didnt replace the cylinder.we lodged complaint with the gas agency over phone and personally
but they unheeded..after several reminders the cylinder was sent for replacement after 5 days..the delivery boy was demanding rs.120.after taking rs.50..he replaced the cylinder.

We are facing the problem of gas cylinder leakage, i tried to make the complaint with the emergency Complaint number given over the gas bill they said that we can call for the complaints 24X7,but i am try from yesterday they kept the moblie switched off cell, Kindly help us in this regard. i have also tied to call the gas supplying agency but they never pick the phone.

when I am connecting filled cylinder with regulator there is leakage of the gas ...i called up to the emergency number [protected] . they told me that he will send a man within 2 hours....but he didn't come on that day...the next day when i called to his mobile it is switched off . I TRIED TO CALL HIM MANY TIMES SINCE IT IS URGENT....still i didn't connect my cylinder........what should i do now?

Gas leakage was noticed this afternoon (Sunday 12.08.2012)
in standby cylinder at home. No response from the gas dealer.
When complaint was lodged with Indane gas voice
toll free no. [protected], they gave two numbers
([protected] and [protected]) of emergency service repairer.

This emergency service person attended the phone once
and later on he has switched off the phone.
As it is an emergency what do we do...whom to contact?
In case of an accident who is responsible?
It is shocking that proper help is not available from
Indane gas in an emergency.

I have taken one commercial LPG connection No. 7994 from M/s. Rohini Enterprises, 55, Durga Market, Naharpur, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi-110085 (Category No. 26864) vide Receipt No. 2418 dated 10/11/2012. There is leakage in the cylinder supplied against this connection on 12/11/2012 and my attempts to reach out to the dealer as well as the leakage company through the numbers furnished on the receipt have not borne any result for the simple reason that the telephone calls are not picked up by the dealer and the mobile is switched off. I wonder whom to/where to complaint to avoid any untoward happening in my house on account of the leakage of gas? Who will be responsible for the loss/damages, if any?

I am an Indane gas customer at Dwarka, Delhi.I had lodged a complaint regarding gas leakage so many times but still no action have been taken for it. I have been trying to call up my supply agency (Shubh Gas Service, New Delhi) but no response to my complaint yet. Even the emergency and the Indane helpline numbers are not being answered. When am calling them again and again thsy just cut the line saying that we cant hear you.

This is an emergency and I want you to take necessary action asap.

My Indance Gas Consumer ID is 78520 (D.Karunakar), I have received a new refill cylinder on 19/11/2013 which is sealed but the gas is getting leaked from the cylinder continuosly, and i gave the complaint to my gas agency where they are telling that complaint person will come and change the watcher, But as the cylinder is sealed(New) since from two days it is getting leaked, who will bear the loss of gas.Make sure to replace the cylinder but not the watcher.
