Golden gas service (dealer code 103834),palam vihar gurgaon, an agency of Indane, supply gas cylinder to us vide customer consumer no.850128. Government have sanctioned 5 gas cylinders at subsidised rate to each consumer. I was supplied 3rd cylinder vide cash memo no.10060 (Order no.91690) DT. 15.1.13 for Rs.935 instead of Rs.415. On enquiry I was informed the excess am to be adjusted in next bill. It was not done in bill no.5289/13141 dt. 8.2.13, where I have paid Rs.415. Complaint lodged with indane vide reg no.843650 dt. 2.3.13, but no response. Today 5th cylinder supplied vide bill no.12987 Order 7824) dt.16.3.13 and am charged is Rs.415, without any adjustment of excess am. paid on 3rd supply.

LPG — AGENCY IS NOT RESPONSIVE
I am not sure if there is any action being taken against this agency at all. I already see 139 complaints lodged against them. Even I have been facing this problem for the last 1 month. They just hang up their telephones on their customers. The given nos are allways engaged and you just cannot book your refill requests on the phone. When contacted they have the audacity to tell you on your face 'Phone uthane ka time nahi hai apne paas". It is literally like slapping on a customer's face that "here is the way I will provide you the service, Take it or leave it".
