Indane Gas, IOC — Refiling of GAS cylinder

I have booked gas from indane gas, agent Golden Flame, 42/139C, Ballygunge Road, kolkata-39 on 8th Aug 09 but till date it has not been delivered knowingly since they have their own contact and because of Durga puja also they sold in black .Intially during the time of booking it was said that gas will be delivered after 7 days fromthe date of booking but now they are telling it will be after 10sept 2009. My customer number is 143784.
