Dear sir/madam,
i am customer of indian gas .my gas Agency name is Bindu Shakti Gas agency, Safilguda, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500017. When ever I try to book the cylinder over the phone I find that the both the phones are busy for more than an hour. Phone numbers being[protected] and[protected].
To find the reason I visited the dealers office and found that both the phone receivers are off the phones. When asked as the phones were kept intentionally busy, the lady informs that it is lunch time, when checked for the lunch time found that it is only for half hour, however the phones were kept busy intentionally for more than an hour, does not want to place the receiver on the phone in spite of informing, that it sums to gross negligence. I want the concerned authority to check into such behaviour. There was no in charge to take compliant.

we are customer of indian gas .my gas Agency name siva krishna gas agency, vuyyuru, krishna district, andhra pradesh. my problem is i am lost the bond paper(receipt when ever we are buy the cylinder). four months back those are introduce the numbering system. in that time those are telling that show me u r bond paper for verification. but we are lost the bond paper so we are show that rection card, eloctrol card as are proves. but agency persons are cancelled my card. those are tells that two cards are running on this address so if we shoe the address then i will ok your card other wise your card will cancelled. other card is acceted. but we are actually customers. we have address proof, election card proof also. how can i solve these problem . please give any sugesstion to me. thank you madam.

I went to agency on 25th Dec-08 for Booking of Gas Cylinder.at that time I apply for booking and the booking clerk has reply me that -First you have to compoulsary chagne your LPG accessorie Like- Tubes, Valves, Nozel, Stove Stand etc.& all should be purchased from us & all services should be taken from us.The agency has shown me some high cost for new Accessories.Like - the Jet of Stove- Market cost Rs.10/- (ISI) Agency cost Rs.140/-
How can I affort this High Cost ?
I have servicing my stove at every 2 months by Local gas service nereby to my residence.
Agency has refused my claim and reply me that- if you will not agreed with us then we will not supply the cylinder.
In this setuation Plz.reply me for fulfil my LPG Cylinder Needs.

I booking for a refill LPG cylinder booking for gas on 10.12.08 & till date I could not get cylinder I have not get any consumer by this agency their behavior to customer is also not good please conside my problem...can you help me sir???????

Indane Gas — late booking and late delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am living at Morena, a district in Madhyapradesh. The distributor in the City is M/s Roshan Gas Service.
The distributor does not book for gas before one month of last delivery. Moreover, the cyllinder comes at consumer's door after 15 days of booking. It means that we are getting the next delivery of cyllinder after 45 days of the previous delivery. It is quite troublesome to cope with the situation in such condition.
Please redress my grievances through appropriate action. Let me know if such practice is according to company's norms. My consumer no. is 11027.

I'm a LPG consumer with HITESH ENTERPRISES, E-57 Kidwi Nager, New Delhi. Customer no is HF10557 Now I am shifted form delhi to Ghazibad . My connection is more than 11 year old. I want to transfer it to H.NO-516c Naya Khand 3ed Indrapuram (Ghazibad). But the Agency is not agree to transfer it. They are telling like if the connection.

I have obtained Indian Cooking GasConnection NO.Om-10491 and it is falled under OMKAR INDAN at Shop No.2, Rajdeep apartment, Nr. Police line, Sardar Nagar Ahmedabad 380075 GJ.Tel[protected]
I have always harres by rough behaviour of agency. they are making deliveries too late, Non answering, and collecting money from customers by new resone (Based on Indian gas guideline for customers )
Presently-
the two person of agency come to my house, they have inspected my connection and it found in working condition. insteed of this they have brack my stove valve & replaced new, and collected Rs.480.00 from home. they have Issued me a provisional reciept for only Rs.40.00 (as Inspection Chrg.)
After Paying this too much money, I have Lost My Origional parts & replaced part not working properly & making RED Flame with iragular gas force of Gas.agency asking me for Rs.190.00 morefor Gas Tube. (and all items should be purchased from Agency) and cylider will be supplied after there of.
I have Proper Evidence for this matter. Like - Un Authorise Reciept, Two witness of Inspection & Bracking my ISI Part. & I have taking pictures of my stove.
I will definately apply to local " Grahak Suraksha Kendra " for this matter but, here I applied to you for your attantion
If you are free for read this Plz. Take an action.

i chandra reddy live in Hyderabad and there is " Sharada gas service" . If you want book you gas on phone first of all no one pick the phone or no response from there and second think these people attitude is not well with their customer. and their service is so slow they r taking 15 days to delivered the gas cylinder.

My problem is concern with particular agency whic is Shanti indane, Palam Colony, New Delhi. Our reference no is 8832. Every time they respond well but not deliver cylinder on time. Generaly we book with help line no 1260.

We booked around 10 days back but till date we have not received any response. Now days we are using heater for cooking.

If Shanti Indane is not covering our area which is Sector 19, Pocket 3, Akshardham Appartment, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075, Kindly give us the nearest agecy so that we could apply for transfer request.

THE POSITION OF COUSTMER DILEVERY IS VERY BAD the onwer of agency is Mr, RAM PRAKASH JI, the dilevery man always black the gas cylinder at the cost of rs-500 / cylinder and supply the cylinder very late or after one month of booking date
I have indian gas bottle line from Upasana Gas service. My Grahak No VGA3269. I have try to book gas on telephone but I have not getting line .Each and every time .I faced probelm for telephone booking all time I personally go their and book my bottle.I have observed booking people put phone site so we never got telebook.
Please take action.
If you try no you can also face same.
Indian Gas Shastri Nagar jaipur always bad servce. I have booked in december 2008, but till today feb 2009- we are not received cylender. How can I cook my food by Indian gas.Nobody like to help in their office. The name of India for this gas service suppose to change.
I want to tranfer my gas connection panipat to gurgeon. they tell about the doucument and sumbit the regulater i submited its clearly writen indian on regulater but they say we will take 250rs.

they talk so rudly to custmer any one slap them.

i want any officer no. in panipat.
what is way to tranfer the connection.
