[Resolved]  Indane Gas Lpg Agency — Against Rajesh gas agency

I booked the Gas Cylinder on 14/02/2012 Through Automatic Booking([protected]).
I got a message from the no 544112 on 17/03/2012 that 'I ll get the Cylinder Shortly'.but
I haven't Got the Cylinder til 21/02/2012.The Agency (Rajesh Gas Agency) is also not responding me properly.
So I went with the empty Cylinder to the Agency on 22/03/2012 morning with Gas Slip and money,
but they said that the Cylinder has been send to my home through Delivery boy and I ll get it by today(22/03/2012).
Then i asked the contact no the delivery boy and called him.He also said that I ll receive by today (22/03/2012).
But I haven't receive the cylinder yet and they are not picking up my calls.
[B]I Think that they are using the Cylinder allocated for me in some wrong ways.[/B]
I got fetup with both mentally and physically by them.
Kindly do the needful action against Rajesh Gas agency for not delivering the Cylinder on time.
