Not attending the phone

I have been trying to contact M/s. Muthumani Gas Agencies, R Sector BHEL Township on their phone number 2552838 and 2552353 for the last two days to book the refill. But I am getting continuous engage tune in both the phones.

I am Calling Muthumani Gas Service Phone Nos:2552353, 2552838, they were not given any response and also take and put down the phone they were not given any response, online booking service told that you contact your gas distributor.what will do?
